Website Design & Digital Services
If you purchase a website design or any bespoke digital service, work will begin once we have received the required information and payment (where applicable).
Because these services are customised specifically for your business, refunds cannot normally be provided once work has commenced.
If we are unable to deliver the agreed service due to circumstances within our control, we will offer either:
- A full refund, or
- A partial refund where appropriate.
Free Website Preview
Our free website preview service is provided without obligation.
There is no charge to view your website preview, and you are under no obligation to purchase the completed website.
Should you choose to purchase the website, payment is only required once you are happy to proceed.
Change of Mind
If work has not yet started, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review cancellation requests individually and, where appropriate, issue a refund.
Once work has commenced on a bespoke digital service, refunds are generally not available.
Physical Products
If we sell physical products through our website, you may return unused items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they are:
- Unused
- In their original condition
- In their original packaging
- Suitable for resale
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Where appropriate, we will arrange:
- A replacement
- A repair
- A full refund
depending on the circumstances.
Digital Downloads
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds cannot normally be provided once files have been downloaded or accessed unless required by applicable consumer law.
Consultation & Marketing Services
Where consultancy, marketing or management services are supplied on an ongoing basis, cancellation terms will be outlined within your individual agreement or proposal.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, monthly services may be cancelled by providing 30 days' written notice.
How Refunds Are Processed
Where a refund is approved, it will normally be processed using the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
