As these purchases often relate to bespoke digital services or customised work, cancellations may not be possible once work has commenced.

Subscription Services
If you purchase a subscription or recurring service from Elite Ecom Group, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account (where available) or by contacting us directly.
Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
No further payments will be taken after cancellation unless you choose to reactivate your subscription.
Cancellation of Recurring Payments
To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation requests should be made before your next scheduled renewal date.
Once a recurring payment has been processed, it is generally non-refundable for the current billing period unless required by applicable consumer law.
Access Following Cancellation
Following cancellation, you will continue to have access to your purchased subscription or service until the end of the current paid billing period.
After this date, access to subscription benefits, content and services will end.
Changes to Subscription Pricing
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing.
Where applicable, customers will be given reasonable notice before any pricing changes take effect.
Failed Payments
If a recurring payment cannot be processed, we may suspend access to subscription services until payment has been successfully received.
