When purchasing a bespoke website, the customer agrees to provide all required information, branding, content and approvals in a timely manner.
Project timescales may be affected where requested information or approvals are delayed.
Minor amendments may be included where agreed, however significant changes to the original project scope may incur additional charges.
8. Digital Services
Many of our services involve bespoke digital work created specifically for each client.
Once work has commenced, cancellations and refunds may not be available unless otherwise required by law or agreed by Elite Ecom Group.

9. Customer Responsibilities

- Other third-party licensed assets
These remain subject to their respective licence terms.

- Stripe
- PayPal
- Other third-party software providers
Elite Ecom Group is not responsible for outages, policy changes, account restrictions or service interruptions affecting third-party platforms.

- Business success
- Specific financial outcomes
Results vary depending on numerous factors outside our control.
